REPORT A CONCERN
If something does not feel right, tell us.
Human Signals is built around respectful conversation, thoughtful participation, and genuine human connection.
When behaviour, content, or an interaction undermines that purpose, reporting it helps us understand what happened and consider an appropriate response.
WHAT YOU CAN REPORT
Concerns about safety, conduct, content, or the platform.
Use the contact form for any of the following situations.
Harassment or unsafe behaviour
Threats, stalking, intimidation, discrimination, hate, unwanted contact, coercion, sexual harassment, or behaviour that makes someone feel unsafe.
Fraud or impersonation
Fake profiles, requests for money, suspicious links, phishing, deceptive identities, fraudulent opportunities, or account manipulation.
Groups or real-world meetups
Unsafe organisers, inappropriate conduct, misleading meetup information, repeated boundary violations, or concerns arising during an in-person activity.
Signals, comments, or forum activity
Content that targets another person, exposes private information, encourages abuse, promotes exploitation, or conflicts with community safety.
Login or profile problems
Difficulty accessing an account, suspicious account activity, broken profile functions, or another issue affecting your membership.
Technical problems
Broken pages, failed buttons, missing content, errors, display problems, or features that are not functioning as expected.
HELPFUL INFORMATION
Include what you safely and comfortably can.
You do not need to investigate the situation yourself or place yourself at further risk to collect information.

- The name of the group, forum room, Signal, or page.
- A link to the relevant content, when available.
- The approximate date and time of the incident.
- A clear description of what happened.
- Screenshots, when they can be obtained safely.
- Whether the behaviour is continuing.
- Whether anyone may currently be at risk.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Reports are considered with care and context.
Privacy
Report information is reviewed for the purpose of understanding and responding to the concern. Complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in every situation.
Review
Reports may be assessed alongside the relevant content, account activity, context, community expectations, and the seriousness of any potential risk.
Response
A response may include content removal, a warning, restricted access, account suspension, or another proportionate step. Not every report results in visible action.
OTHER REASONS TO CONTACT US
Not every conversation begins with a problem.

Human Signals is not an emergency service.
If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact the emergency services available in your location rather than waiting for a platform response.
For urgent concerns involving self-harm, abuse, violence, exploitation, or another serious safety risk, contact an appropriate local crisis, health, safeguarding, or law-enforcement service.
